Fantasy Ball – Terms & Conditions (Weapons & Armour Policy) • Guests are permitted to wear metal armour as part of their costume. • Metal weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited and must not be brought into the venue. • Approved HEMA and LARP weapons are allowed, provided they are designed for safe recreational use and are free from sharp edges or rigid metal components. • All weapons may be subject to inspection upon entry, and event staff reserve the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe. • Weapons must be used responsibly and only for display or choreographed purposes—no unsanctioned combat or aggressive behaviour is permitted. • Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
