Join us at St Fagans National Museum of History to learn more about the summer harvest and what that means for those working in our Gardening Team, after which we’ll enjoy a simple harvest-themed craft activity together. The session involves: - A warm welcome in a dedicated space - A chance to explore and enjoy our outdoor environment - A warm drink and a chat The session will take place within the museum. It lasts approximately 3 hours with breaks and refreshments will be provided.

Information on accessibility at the museum can be found here . These opportunities are only open to those living with dementia and those supporting people living with dementia. Booking is essential.
