Summer Sound Bath

Join Jenny in the Big Tipi in the Meadow for a Soothing Session of Sound Healing. Every Tuesday during the Summer. You are invited to a regular Summer Sound Bath, taking place every Tuesday evening during the summer in the Big Tipi in the Meadow at Dalton Moor Farm, Seaham, County Durham.

Come alone or with friends. Bring a yoga mat or rug, a cushion or pillow, and a shawl or blanket, so you can prepare a comfy nest on which to lie for the sound bath hour. A very relaxing and sometimes emotional experience, within a safe, non-judgemental space.

Please note: a sound bath is not recommended for you if you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, if you experience epilepsy, in the first 3 months of pregnancy, following recent surgery, tinnitus or hearing problems (hearing ads need to be removed for the session), or…
