Dances for over 65s

Our free tea dances are suitable for beginners, intermediate dancers and those who just want to enjoy the atmosphere. Learn various dance styles, such as the waltz, quickstep and ballroom, at our tea dances Dancing starts at 1pm. Doors open at 12.50pm.

Please bring your HillingdonFirst card with you. If you're joining others on the dance floor, please wear comfortable footwear. Light refreshments (cold drinks and biscuits) will be available.
