Hire Rates

The hire rate includes light use of the kitchen, including crockery, cutlery and glassware, tea/coffee making facilities, but no use of cooking facilities.

This also includes the use of the dishwasher. Full use – £10 per hire.

Full use includes use of the cooking facilities. Minimum hire period of 2 hours, thereafter charges at 1 hour intervals. Hirers are charged from their time of entry to the hall until the time it is vacated.

You must ensure that you allow sufficient time for set-up prior to your event, as well as time for clearing up and cleaning afterwards. Weddings & All-day Hire: Please contact us for more information and rates for wedding parties or all-day hire.

A hire deposit of 25% of the agreed hire fee is payable upon confirmation of the booking.

A damage deposit of £50 is also required for all events at the time the booking is confirmed. This deposit is to cover the event of damage to the hall, or the hall being left in an unacceptable state.

This will be refundable within 15 working days of the end of the hire period provided that the conditions of hiring have been observed.
