Each Wednesday session brings together people of all abilities for an afternoon of social sequence dancing, where partners step to familiar rhythms in a lively and uplifting atmosphere.

Whether you're an experienced dancer or stepping out for the first time, you'll feel right at home.

Beyond the dancing, the sessions offer a wonderful chance to socialise, enjoy refreshments and share moments of joy together, a reminder of how dance can bring people closer and lift spirits.
