Vietcentric Cooking Class - Quiet Class (Bank Holiday Weekend)

This class is designed for small groups, quiet couples and individuals (6 people) who prefer a calmer, more relaxed cooking experience. This 3-hour session offers a focused, easygoing space to explore Vietnamese cuisine without the pace and tempo of our public classes. Your session begins with an enriching introduction to Vietnamese food and culture. You’ll then prepare fresh summer rolls for your starter, followed by cooking a delicious Vietnamese main course together, which you’ll enjoy in our decorated studio. A quiet, hands-on cooking experience at your own pace. To finish, you’ll take part in a traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony, a calming, mindful ritual to wind down, cleanse your palate, and reflect on your time at Vietcentric. You’ll learn about national dress, beverage culture, and more. You’ll also have the option to try on Vietnam’s national long dress for a unique and memorable photo! A small, focused, and calm approach to Vietnamese cooking and culture.
