Ancient royal forest managed by Forestry England near Newmarket — 1,500 acres of mature pine and broadleaf woodland with waymarked walking and mountain-bike trails. The Dog-Walk Trail is buggy-friendly on firm tracks; longer trails extend toward Elveden. Free parking at the Elveden Crossroads car park.
