SMART COOKIES COOKERY CLUB

For the slightly more confident 11–17-year-old ‘Smart Cookies’ fed-up with making fairy cakes and wanting to get their teeth stuck into something a little more challenging! These sessions are all about building on from the basics and really developing their culinary skills and confidence – but at their own pace. They’ll have a choice of delicious dishes to make which can be challenging or well within their own comfort zone. And anything they don’t eat, they can take home! WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School TIMES: 9.30am-3.30pm COST: £90 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch in the Cookery School and recipes to take home. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable. WHAT TO WEAR: These sessions get pretty messy so please ensure your child is dressed appropriately! Either bring your own apron or borrow one of ours. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Please let us know if your child has any dietary requirements or conditions we should know about. Please re-confirm on arrival. All activities will be supervised throughout. PARENTS & GUARDIANS: are welcome to book a table and dine in the restaurant for lunch whilst participants are in the cookery school. We recommend a 1.30pm reservation.
