The Cocoa Trading Co. Build-a-Bar Workshop

Fun filled Saturday mornings are guaranteed to be made better by chocolate! Join The Cocoa Trading Co. for a 2 hour session where you will create 3 chocolate bars and clusters made with the chocolate of your choosing. Refreshments provided including homemade lemonade, locally roasted coffee and tea.

Choose either milk or dark chocolate and select your ingredients from a wide selection to create the chocolate bar you have always dreamed of. Next is the messy part! You will create chocolate clusters by hand (gloves provided!).

Once everything is set, you can package everything up and take them home to enjoy, or gift to someone special enough to enjoy your efforts. Learn how we do things in the chocolate kitchen! You will be guided through the processes from preparing your moulds, to tempering your chocolate, picking flavours and casting followed by packing them away to enjoy later.

While this is an adult class, children from 12 years of age may join; however all participants under the age of 18 years MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. Available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings 10.30 to 12.30 and Wednesday and Friday evenings 6pm to 8pm.
