Who is this for: Carers Cost: Free Booking: Drop-In Themes: 22nd World Brain Day, 24th International Self Care Day CoLLaB for Carers places a strong emphasis on addressing the key priorities for those in our communities with caring responsibilities.

Central to these priorities is the creation of a safe, inclusive space where Carers feel heard, respected, and recognised for their contributions. WE CARE THAT YOU CARE CoLLaB will focus on providing practical support tailored to the diverse needs of Carers, including opportunities for care coaching, peer groups, access to relevant reliable information and resources and most importantly, focused wellbeing for Carers so they can be cared for too!
