Visit Joseph Parry’s Cottage for a glimpse of Merthyr’s past, in a beautifully preserved 19th century ironworker’s home at Number 4 Chapel Row, the birthplace of Joseph Parry.

Step inside to explore rooms set as they were in the 1840s, then head upstairs to learn more about his life and music, including the much loved aria 'Myfanwy', still proudly sung by Welsh male voice choirs across the land.
