About

Connecting With Nature Through Art The Flora & Fauna of East Anglia exhibition running from 26 August to 26 September at Gallery Above & Beyond, showcases a delightful collaboration between local wildlife conservation groups and six talented local artists. Discover the amazing wildlife that can be seen across the region through the lens of wildlife photographer Paul Wyer, who works for the Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire. Paul will also be presenting a Wildlife Trust display featuring information on local nature reserves and inspiring places to explore. Enjoy stunning artwork by Ali Ginn, Sachiko Purser, Diana Catchpole, Darryl Nantais and Maureen Williams, with original paintings, prints and greetings cards available to view and purchase. Visitors can also pick up information on how to order or build a swift box with support from the Linton Swift Project and find out more about the award-winning conservation work of the Linton Friends of the River Granta. After visiting the exhibition take the opportunity to check out Case Solved Wine Shop downstairs and Etcetera, a collection of vintage and collectibles housed in the Green Barn behind the gallery. Across the road is Jigsaw for coffee and freshly made cakes. Sit upstairs or in Rosemary’s Garden.
