Life Lift, Circus & Yoga (50+)

Life Lift – Circus & Yoga has brought movement and connection to Hoxton Hall.

Open to all abilities for people aged 50+, the sessions encourage participants to try something new and develop circus and yoga skills in a fun, supportive environment. Delivered by Brainfools, and made possible through our partnership with the NHS Together Better Programme, the programme continues to make a positive impact on participants' wellbeing while fostering creativity, confidence and community.
