Sensory rhymetime

A fun rhymetime for Additional Needs and Disabilities (AND) families with a focus on autism. Selected Saturdays, 2 sessions, each session based on an age group: - 10.30am to 10.50am, for ages 0 to 4 years - 11.10am to 11.30am, for ages 5 to 9 years Upcoming dates: - 25 July 2026 Free event. Maximum of 6 children plus their parent/carer A designated room with low lighting, sensory toys and a separate “quiet” room next door.

Booking necessary. Parents attending sessions as a lone adult are welcome to bring along a maximum of two children. We understand that some children may need a higher level of support to ensure their safety and participation, and in these circumstances, it might be helpful for a lone parent to bring along one child only initially.

Book by emailing horleylibraryevents@surreycc.gov.uk or call 03456 009 009 (click option 6 and ask for Horley Library) or ask at the Help Desk in the Library. Please note: you can only book one session at a time, in date order. Book for this session after the previous event (27 June 2026).
