Since it opened in 2019, Tayēr + Elementary has consistently lurked in the top 10 list of the World’s 50 Best Bars – until that is, it burned down. So, for the next six weeks, the team are relocating for what is likely to be the world’s best pop up bar.

They’re taking over the space below Cato’s basement in Covent Garden with Casual by Tayēr, serving cult cocktails like the venerated One Sip Martini alongside a new menu of Latin- and Asian-inspired snacks, sandwiches and sharing plates.
