This session will cover: - Your role and boundaries - Navigating health services - Mental health and wellbeing - Local health and social services - How to communicate and change behaviour. Whether you are supporting friends, family, neighbours, or community members, this session equips you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make a real difference.
