SUMMER BEACH WORKOUT

Fusion Gosport are hosting a Summer Beach Workout down Stokes Bay Beach on the field next to Gafirs Car Park. We are bringing a big workout with running and the ergs (ski, bike, rowers and assault bikes), dumbbells, sandbags, kettlebells etc. You will be able to do this as a single or as a pair. The exact workout will be announced nearer the date/on the day.
