Gosport and Fareham MS Yoga

The Gosport and Fareham MS Group provide adapted weekly Pilates classes at 2 pm on a Monday and adapted weekly yoga classes at 11:30 on a Tuesday at Lee on Solent Community Centre. All abilities welcome. The local MS Group offers the hand of friendship to anyone affected by MS in the local area. From practical help and support to quiz nights, meals out and monthly meet ups.
