Florence and the Summer Giants

Join Ed for a fantastic new story to celebrate summer, giants and European folklore. A little girl called Florence is a brilliant artist. But she is only allowed to paint pictures of The Winter Witch, who has trapped her in her dark castle.

Florence must escape- and luckily she has some very large friends to help her- The Summer Giants. The story is fully interactive throughout – the audience join in every step of the story, through music, actions, and even a game of pass-the-wicked witch! Florence and the Summer Giants is a classic battle between darkness of winter and the light of summer.

It was originally developed for the Jack-in-the-Green festival in Hastings where it was performed to hundreds of delighted children.
