Come along and listen to a talk from RHL. The talk will be all about Getting older and staying healthy. Do you help look after someone with a care need? Access carer support and information; Access other organisations and professionals and create an emergency plan! Meet us on the last Thursday of the month, every month, from 12:30pm – 3:30pm.
