Hosted by Kit Forrest-Redfern, we'll take a look at the process of rice polishing and brewing as well as tasting different styles of Sake.

This masterclass will cover the four styles of Sake; Junmai, Ginjo & Daiginjo, Nigori and Honjozo. Everything from the sweet and creamy, light and smooth through to the fruity examples. With ABV ranging from 5% to 22% there'll be a style to suit everyone.
