The Nuts Challenge

Event held 3 times a year at Henfold Lakes, Henfold Lane, Dorking, Surrey RH5 4RW. Groups and individuals run, raising money for charities of their choice. 7k, 14k, 21k & 28k Mud & Obstacle challenge with 100 challenging obstacles. Racing is started in waves from about 09:00 onwards.

Spectator viewing is free. There is a small parking charge. Food is available, and facilities for contestants include changing tents, showers and first aid.
