I paint to understand what words cannot express. Rooted in figurative oil painting, my work exists between realism and abstraction, where emotion, memory, and identity blur. Faces emerge and dissolve through layered texture and light.

I paint not sadness, but happiness that has been tested-joy shaped by loss, love, and resilience. Painting is tactile and intuitive, a physical dialogue with the canvas. For me, it is a process of becoming-and of choosing-joy.
