THEATRE AT THE LAKE - Summer Night of Musicals

Open the festival with an unforgettable evening celebrating the very best of the West End in the beautiful surroundings of Shibden Park. As the sun sets, enjoy spectacular live performances from some of musical theatre’s biggest stars, led by acclaimed musical director Matthew J Loughran. Featuring Laura Pick, Halifax’s own Olivier Award-nominated Emma Williams, West End favourite Ben Forster and stage star Joel Montague, this opening night is packed with world-class talent.

Enjoy iconic songs from Wicked, Les Misérables, Hamilton, Matilda, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Jesus Christ Superstar and West Side Story, performed live by an outstanding cast and orchestra.
