Beginner Gymnastics 4-6 (4 - 6.9yrs)

Our beginner gymnastics classes are for children who are brand new to gymnastics or who are learning the basic fundamental gymnastics skills (rolls, handstands and cartwheels). Gymnasts work on a variety of different activities, focusing on floor and vault skills but exploring some large apparatus as well. At Leeds Gymnastics Club it is possible that gymnasts can stay in a beginner gymnastics class for up to 3 years, before moving up age groups or being selected into an intermediate class.

We run beginners classes for 4-6 year olds and 6-8 year olds Monday to Saturday across both of our venues. All beginner gymnastics sessions are 1 hour per week. All gymnasts have to be members of British Gymnastics at a cost of £22 annually and a member of Leeds Gymnastics £25 annually.

Once you have booked for the class you will receive a welcome email with full details of how we collect monthly fees and how to pay both memberships. Please be advised that your place is NOT SECURED until the subscription has been set up and both memberships are paid. All payments will be managed directly through the Class4Kids booking system.
