Haf yn y Senedd | Summer at the Senedd

The Senedd is open seven days a week from 18 July to 31 August. Come along to enjoy free family-friendly exhibitions and creative activities, including paper weaving, sketching Cardiff Bay, and more. All materials are provided—no need to pre-book.

Take on the Find Fflam challenge—spot Fflam the dragon hiding around the Senedd to earn a special sticker and even buy a Fflam toy from the Senedd shop to fly home with you. Explore Jack Sullivan: A Docklands Artist at the Pierhead, an exhibition by Tiger Bay and the World. Discover the people and places as seen through the eyes of a Docklands Artist.

From 1 August, visit Civic Ceremonial, a playful display of wicker sculptures by basket-maker Lewis Prosser—learn more about the Senedd’s mace and even have a go at designing your own ceremonial object. With a welcoming play area, café, and free fruit, the Senedd is the perfect place to spend time in Cardiff Bay this summer.
