About

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between coach and coachee, in which powerful questions and creative processes build the coachee's self-awareness. The insight generated in each session inspires the client to make better decisions about their personal and professional goals helping them work toward their full potential.

Coaching is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, or business goals.

What makes my group coaching special?

Four years of facilitating Women’s Circles have taught me how to create a space where ambitious, growth oriented women can slow down, go deeper, and have conversations that often don’t happen in everyday life.

The women who join are curious, open, and ready to explore themselves from different perspectives. They come not only to share, but to listen, question, reflect, and learn from the wisdom of the group.

What to bring

An open mind: come curious, without needing to have all the answers.

Your own experiences: there is no need to prepare anything in advance.

Full presence and an open heart: be willing to listen to yourself and to the other women in the circle.

Curiosity: especially towards the parts of yourself you may normally avoid or judge.

A willingness to listen: to yourself and to others, without fixing, judging, or giving unsolicited advice.

Jungian Coach

Before coaching, I co-founded and led a multicultural

business in Cambridge with a team of 20+ people giving her

first-hand experience of the pressures of leadership, performance

management, and building culture across a diverse workforce. That

operational background now shapes how she coaches: with a deeper

understanding of what leaders are actually up against, not just theory

I works with individuals and groups from university

leadership programmes to corporate teams. I has been working in

the UK, Spain, Venezuela and Kenya.

Based on my personal background, I am well placed to support people navigating complex challenges in their daily lives and relationships. As a migrant, I understand firsthand the reality of starting over in a new country, learning a language, adapting to unfamiliar cultural norms, and dealing with the subtle and not-so-subtle effects of displacement.

As a woman, I am aware of the ongoing effort it takes to navigate systems shaped by patriarchy and unequal power dynamics, and how these experiences can influence identity, confidence, and decision-making.

In my coaching practice and group coaching sessions, I work with both verbal and non-verbal approaches. This includes engaging with dreams, imagery, symbols, colours, music, storytelling, and creative or performative expression, alongside moments of silence and reflection.

I also integrate nature as a grounding element in the process.

I use these tools to facilitate access to emotions that are difficult to name. As a coach, I support you through a conscious process so you can better understand yourself and make decisions that are aligned with your own purpose.
