Museum of Zoology

Free Cambridge University museum housing one of Britain's finest natural-history collections. The centrepiece is a 21-metre fin whale skeleton suspended from the ceiling; nearby are dodo bones, pterosaur fossils, giant clam shells and an iguanodon cast. Interactive specimen-handling sessions run regularly — fantastic for curious children of any age.
