About
A free six-session dance course for people affected by Parkinson’s, inspired by objects, artworks and stories from the University of Cambridge Museums.
Sessions combine chair-based and standing movement. Everybody’s body is different, and you will be supported to take part at a level that feels right for you.
We finish with refreshments and another opportunity to look closely at the objects. Companions are very welcome. Museum Encounters was developed in consultation with Parkinson’s UK Cambridge branch.
Sessions take place on selected Fridays from 10.30am to 12pm at Cambridge Junction: - Friday 9 October - Friday 23 October - Friday 13 November - Friday 20 November - Friday 4 December - Friday 18 December Blue Badge parking is available at the Cambridge Junction.
