Kids Bike Jam

Get the date in your diary for our first ever Kids Bike Jam at Rother Valley Country Park! Taking place on Saturday 29 August from 11am–4pm around the Cycle Centre, this free event is part of the fantastic Rotherham UPLIFT Festival and is perfect for children of all ages and abilities who love riding bikes. Join us for a fun-packed day featuring dedicated skills areas for beginners, intermediate riders and advanced riders tackling jumps and drops.

There’ll be free coaching, skills tips, ramps and specialist equipment for riders to try throughout the day. In the afternoon, we’ll also be running timed training runs on the popular ‘Diggers Downhill’ trail, with riders receiving a printed results slip just like a real race. Free bike hire will be available if booked in advance.
