Join His Majesty’s 33rd Regiment of Foot, the First Yorkshire West Riding, as they represent Wellington’s army. Experience the grandeur of the Georgian military through stirring music and striking uniforms. DVLR TRAIN RIDES Sunday 19th July, every 30 minutes, 11 am-4 pm (with a break at lunchtime).
FOOTBALL SKILLS Tuesday 21st July, 11 am -12 pm. WILD THINGS: A NATURE PLAY WORKSHOP Thursday 23rd July, 10.30 am – 12 pm. Become a Herbal Detective by using your senses to look, smell, touch, and taste different herbs while discovering the fascinating folklore and historical uses of these plants.
Get creative with Painting with Nature, experimenting with paintbrushes made from natural materials and herbs to see which textures and patterns work best. Dive into messy sensory play with our Sensory Nature Soup, where children can explore plants through touch, mixing, and imaginative play. Finally, make your own homemade herbal playdough by choosing natural herbs and scents to add before taking your creation home to continue the fun.
