Women only swimming class timetable:

Facilities include changing rooms, toilets and showers. All participants must shower before using the pool. A female lifeguard and instructor will be present at all sessions.

Swimming classes will be taught by an instructor from the side of the pool. For casual swim bookings, technique advice, support, and pool safety guidance will be available upon request. Participants must be 18+ years old.
