One Day Event

Following the success of last year’s competition, we are delighted to be running another One Day Event. Riders will compete across three phases: dressage, showjumping, and cross country, all held on the same day under unaffiliated rules. Classes: - Class 1 (Intro – 60cm max): Intro dressage test, showjumping up to 60cm, and a mini cross-country course with fences not exceeding 60cm. - Class 2 (Prelim – 70cm max): Prelim dressage test, showjumping up to 70cm, and a cross-country course with fences not exceeding 70cm.

Safety Equipment (British Eventing Standard): - Riders must complete all three phases to be eligible for placings. - Phases are completed in order: dressage → showjumping → cross country. - Cross country will be run to an optimum time. - Riding hats are compulsory and must meet current British Eventing safety standards, such as PAS 015, VG1, or ASTM F1163 (with appropriate certification marks). - Body protectors are compulsory for cross country and must be BETA Level 3 (2018 standard), identified by the purple label. - Hats and body protectors are not provided — riders must supply their own correctly fitted, compliant equipment.
